We know these times we are living in are far from easy. We want to thank you for taking care of yourself and your loved ones, for staying strong and not losing hope—because by taking care of yourself, you are taking care of all of us.

We want to tell you that for Hacienda Los Picachos, this has been a life lesson and we are doing everything we can to move forward and keep you safe during your stay with us.

In this regard, we are taking maximum precautions at our facilities and would like to mention some of them:

• Training our staff in hygiene and safety procedures.
• Adaptation of hygiene and safety protocols: We have updated all our protocols and procedures based on the recommendations of global hygiene and safety experts.

For all of us working at Hotel Hacienda Los Picachos, your safety and well-being are of vital importance.

Lodging Rules

1. The hotel reserves the right of admission.
2. For the comfort of all our guests, pets ARE allowed, with an additional cost.
3. It is forbidden to bring into the hotel: firearms, explosives, flammable materials, narcotics, or similar substances.
4. Any damage or loss caused by the guest to the hotel's property, real estate, or equipment must be paid according to the value established by the company.
5. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 12:00 PM. Management is authorized to require the guest to vacate the room.
6. All valuables or cash must be deposited in the safety box at the reception. Otherwise, the hotel will not be held responsible.
7. To register at the hotel, all adults must provide valid ID such as a government-issued INE or passport.
8. Visits to rooms occupied by guests are prohibited unless authorized by management. The hotel reserves the right to request anyone to leave the premises.
9. It is strictly forbidden to enter the facilities of Hacienda Los Picachos with alcoholic beverages.
10. The guest shall make payments in cash, credit card, or debit card. The hotel reserves the right to accept or refuse personal or business checks.
11. The lodging contract may be terminated for the following reasons:
    1. For immoral acts or causing disturbances that affect other guests.
    2. For guest absence longer than 24 hours without notice.
    3. For failure to make agreed payments.
12. The hotel is not responsible for items left behind during events (blankets, equipment, or others).
13. The hotel is not responsible if an event cannot take place due to force majeure, such as fires, earthquakes, strikes, civil unrest, or other such causes.
14. Listening to loud or strident music in the rooms is prohibited.
15. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any enclosed area of the hotel.
16. The hotel is not responsible for the total or partial loss of items and/or valuables in your car while in the parking lot. Likewise, the company is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss to your vehicle.
17. The hotel is not responsible for damage caused by third parties to vehicles.
18. The security deposit will be refunded in full if no damage is found. If paid by credit card, we are not responsible for the time your bank may take to process the refund.
19. The use of internet in rooms and common areas is limited to a bandwidth that allows normal browsing on your devices. If you require higher bandwidth and coverage, an additional cost will apply.

Pool

1. I have read and accept the pool usage policies and I commit to complying with them.
2. I understand that access to the pool may be denied if I fail to comply with the established regulations.
3. I declare that I do not suffer from any temporary or chronic illness that may put me at risk, and I take full responsibility for any physical or mental issue that may arise during my activities in this facility.
4. I expressly release Hotel Hacienda Los Picachos and/or its staff from any legal liability arising from accidents and/or injuries related to aquatic activities, as well as from any loss, theft, or misplacement in these facilities.

Dear guest, client, and/or supplier of Hacienda Los Picachos, we thank you for your preference. We also inform you that we are a company concerned about your health and that of everyone around, committed to ensuring the right to health. For this reason, we have implemented all recommendations and requirements issued by health authorities to prevent and mitigate the spread of COVID-19, ensuring day-by-day compliance.

Likewise, if during your stay you show symptoms of the virus and/or are diagnosed as positive, a designated COVID room will be assigned to you, in which you agree to remain until the recommended isolation period ends. Cleaning services will be provided as needed, and you will be responsible for covering the full cost of your stay.

I agree to pay any additional charges incurred from extra services and/or consumption not included in the cost of the reserved stay, as well as any damage to furniture, property, and/or decorations in the room(s) and/or hotel facilities. I hereby authorize the company to process such payment(s) and/or charge(s) as described above.

This lodging and/or hotel service contract is governed solely and exclusively by the applicable commercial and/or civil laws in effect at the time of signing. No provisions, procedures, or actions from the Consumer Protection Agency shall apply. Therefore, neither party may make claims before such agency regarding services covered by this contract. All matters shall be subject to judicial authorities with competent jurisdiction.

1. Our rooms are non-smoking. If smoking is detected, a penalty of $5,500 MXN will be automatically charged to the provided card.
2. Our mattresses are high quality to provide you with a better experience. In case of urination, wetting, and/or damage, a penalty of $5,000 MXN will be automatically charged to your provided card.
